The single screw pump can be used in various industries to transport various media or perform high-precision metering. Smooth and low-pulsation delivery from low-viscosity media to non-flowable media, with or without solid materials, viscous or abrasive media.

Our single screw pump has below features:

a,Continuous low-pulsation delivery, independent of pressure and viscosity fluctuations;

b,The delivery volume is proportional to the rotation speed and can be measured with high accuracy over the entire rotation speed range;

c,High pressure valveless delivery;

The mechanical seal is located directly below the inlet of the pump chamber and requires no external flush seal.

Our single screw pump has three series:

1)Direct connection (Advantages: The reducer and the direct link are connected through the flange of the speed reducer, which has a compact structure. The total weight is small, maintenance is convenient, and the efficiency is high)

2)Bearing bracket type (advantage: With a large double bearing, the stability of the pump is improved, and there are also various types of drive devices available)

3)Open hopper forced feeding type (Advantages: open hopper design is more conducive to the medium into the pump chamber, the transmission parts with auger, so that the medium is sent between the stator and the rotor, especially suitable for conveying poor fluidity, high viscosity, Medium containing large amounts of solid particles)
