The winding iron core is installed by external pressure, which has good manufacturability and convenient maintenance.The cage rotor of the motor is made of cast aluminum structure by special process, and the rotor guide bar, end ring and fan are formed at one time, which improves the reliability, increases the rotational inertia of the allowable drag load, can be used in harsh environment, and has good electrical performance. Special cooling structure is adopted to make the motor have ideal cooling effect.The precise rotor balance system makes the motor run smoothly and the vibration and noise are greatly reduced.
